  1. Take the meat filling to the chopping board, further process it and chop it into minced meat. Put the processed minced meat into a bowl, and use a rolling pin (one end covered with a plastic bag) to mash the minced meat until it becomes sticky.

  2. Add cooking wine, salt, powdered sugar, light soy sauce, pepper, and fish sauce to the bowl. Stir evenly in one direction to make the meat filling form a ball, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Spread a layer of oil paper (or tin foil), lightly brush a thin layer of oil on the surface of the oil paper, place the minced meat on the tin foil and spread it evenly, then cover with a layer of oil paper (also brush a thin layer of oil), and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle with a uniform thickness.

  4. Tear off the oil paper, place the meat on the baking sheet, preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

  5. After the roasted meat has shrunk significantly, brush a layer of honey on the surface of the meat, then bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. When the time is up, take out the meat and turn it over (it’s okay not to turn it), brush it with a layer of honey, sprinkle an appropriate amount of white sesame seeds, and bake it on the grill for about 5 minutes.
