A box of lactone tofu, an egg, a small piece of ginger, a green onion, a coriander, pepper, an appropriate amount of salt, a few drops of sesame oil, and a little water starch.

Place the lactone tofu on the cutting board, first cut into small slices, and then into thin strips. Chop the green onions into minced green onions, mince the coriander and mince the ginger. Separate the egg whites and yolks and set aside.

Add water to the soup pot, add minced ginger and bring to a boil, then add shredded tofu, stir gently with chopsticks, add salt and pepper.
