Overview
I usually like to eat it with sour beans when making porridge. It is both appetizing and delicious. If you eat sour beans too much, it will inevitably feel boring. I stir-fry it with diced lean meat and sour beans. It is very comfortable to drink with porridge!

Wash and dice the sour beans, dice the radish skin, wash, peel and mince the ginger, wash and cut the dried chilies into sections, wash and dice the lean meat, wash and remove the stems, seeds and dices of the green and red peppers;
