Sticky rice with beans and glutinous rice is a delicacy that I have never tired of eating since I was a child. It is simple, convenient and delicious. I have to eat it every time to enjoy it!

I simmer a pot of glutinous rice in advance. I am afraid that the heat will be too high and the glutinous rice will be difficult to digest. I usually use a 2:1 ratio of rice to glutinous rice.
