Overview
Stir-fried peas without adding water in the whole process. The fried peas have a chewy skin and a chewy inside. They are salty and spicy, perfect for drinking!

Blanch fresh peas in boiling water until mature

Dish out and set aside

Wash the green and red peppers and cut into small pieces, mince the garlic

After the oil in the pan is hot, add the peas and stir-fry continuously

Stir-fry until the skin of the peas splits

Then add the green and red pepper segments and stir-fry the minced garlic for 2 minutes

Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste

Stir all the ingredients until evenly stirred and serve
