Dried Tofu with Parsley and Red Pepper
Overview
This dried tofu is braised when cooking the ribs. If you buy new dried tofu, steam it or stir-fry it for 2 minutes before adding red pepper and parsley.

Wash the dried tofu and marinate it in the pork ribs soup for 20 minutes;

Take out the braised dried beans and cool them, then cut them into thin strips; wash the red pepper and parsley and cut them into small pieces;

Sauté ginger shreds in hot oil until fragrant;

Add dried tofu, red pepper and parsley in turn and stir-fry for a while;

Add a small amount of light soy sauce, salt and sugar and stir-fry for 2 minutes and turn off the heat;

Put it on the plate and marinate the dried tofu slightly, it is very delicious. 😝👧
