Overview

This dried tofu is braised when cooking the ribs. If you buy new dried tofu, steam it or stir-fry it for 2 minutes before adding red pepper and parsley.

  1. Wash the dried tofu and marinate it in the pork ribs soup for 20 minutes;

  2. Take out the braised dried beans and cool them, then cut them into thin strips; wash the red pepper and parsley and cut them into small pieces;

  3. Sauté ginger shreds in hot oil until fragrant;

  4. Add dried tofu, red pepper and parsley in turn and stir-fry for a while;
