Oven grilled shrimp
Overview
Born in a small seaside town, seafood is the taste of hometown. Every summer, my mother buys a lot of fresh shrimp and freezes them. When I was a kid, I used aluminum lunch boxes, now I use plastic bottles. One bottle is exactly one plate. I have tried many ways to cook shrimp, including boiled, charcoal grilled, curry, spicy, and typhoon shelter. The most tender one is this one, baked in the oven. Share it with everyone.
