Winter Melon Pork Ribs Soup
Overview
It is well known that Cantonese people like to drink soup. On a hot summer day, here is a refreshing pork ribs and winter melon soup. Winter melon clears heat, relieves heat, quenches thirst, diuresis, reduces swelling, contains no fat, is low in calories, and is a healthy and high-quality food. Barley removes dampness and edema, wolfberry clears away heat and improves eyesight, and corn is a healthy cereal.

Wash the spareribs and chop into small pieces;

Boil the water, add the ribs, remove any floating matter, remove and drain the water;
