Kiwi Clafouti
Overview
Clafoutis is a small dessert from France. The most classic way to make it is cherry clafoutis. But cherries in the north are expensive and unpalatable this season, so I put the last remaining kiwi fruit at home to use~ This small dessert has a texture similar to pudding and is made like a pie. It uses vegetable oil instead of butter. It is healthy and has a unique taste~
