Glutinous Rice Cake with Pear Juice and Bean Paste
Overview
Yesterday, I mixed too much dough to make rice dumplings with rock sugar and pear juice. There was still some dough left, so I spread out some cakes with rose bean paste for breakfast in the morning. It was very convenient and tasted good. And due to the effect of pear juice, although this pancake is fried, it doesn't make you angry at all.
