Braised crucian carp soup with pepper leaves
Overview
Adding fresh pepper leaves when stewing crucian carp can remove the fishy smell. After stewing, add a few fresh pepper leaves to make the soup more delicious.

Clean the crucian carp and wash the onions and ginger

Wash the freshly cut Zanthoxylum bungeanum leaves

Make several cuts on both sides of the crucian carp

Heat the oil in the wok and fry the crucian carp
