  1. To eat noodles, steam them and mix them into soup. Soup can be divided into cold and hot soup: hot soup can be made from pork or mutton strips and potato strips. Cold soup is made from vegetables such as cucumber, carrot, and water radish. Today I will mainly introduce how to make cold soup: wash the vegetables and set aside.

  3. Cucumber, turnip shreds. You can choose Bailuobo, Xinxinmei, etc. according to your personal preference. Color matching is important here.

  5. Add chicken essence, salt, soy sauce and vinegar to marinate.

  6. Reconciled noodles. The method of kneading noodles is very particular. Put the noodles in a basin and mix half of the water with the noodles and half of the noodles. The water must be boiling water. After pouring it into the basin, stir it quickly with chopsticks and then knead it well with your hands.

  9. Wash, peel and slice the potatoes and steam them together (there is another way to eat it, boil the potatoes in a pot and steam the oatmeal noodles on top.

  10. Start steaming. After the water boils, place the cage in the steamer and cover it tightly and steam for 7-8 minutes (Inner Mongolia plateau area)

  11. Steamed oats noodles, potato slices, and cucumber vegetable soup are ready to eat.

  12. Put the cucumber and vegetable soup into a bowl, add red pepper oil, coriander powder, and potato slices and mix it with the oatmeal noodles. You can also steam eggplant strips, melon strips, etc.
