The water tofu we sell here is large, one piece is 800~900g, and you can't finish it at one time. Cut it in half, rinse it with cold water to control the moisture, and then cut it into small pieces according to your personal preference.
-
Beat the eggs, mix well, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper and mix well. Take a small tofu slice, first dip it in a layer of flour, and then coat it in a layer of egg wash.
-
Brush a pan with a thin layer of oil, put the tofu coated in egg liquid into the pan, and then turn on the heat and fry over low heat.
-
Flip and fry the other side. Be careful not to burn it, then take it out and set aside.
-
Soak the tomatoes in light salt water for about 10 minutes, wash them repeatedly, and then cut them into cubes. You can also blanch the tomatoes in boiling water to remove the skins, peel the green onions, wash and chop them finely.
-
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the casserole, sauté the five-spice powder and chopped green onion, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.
-
Fry until the tomatoes are basically broken and thick tomato juice comes out, add an appropriate amount of water.
-
Add the fried tofu, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes to make the tofu more flavorful.
-
The rich tomato tofu is ready to be stewed. Add salt, a little sugar, and a little light soy sauce to taste. Don't let the soup dry up. The rice is very delicious.
-
Remove from pan and plate. Sprinkle some chopped green onion to make it look better. It looks very appetizing. It is sour, sweet and very delicious.
