【Curry Chicken Wings】
Overview
I have said that I am a spicy person, and I like seasonings such as pepper and Sichuan pepper very much, and I also like curry very much. When I was a child, I lived in a small county town and was exposed to very few things. The first time I learned about curry was in junior high school English class, and I was also exposed to curry in junior high school. Writing this, I have to mention the Little Raccoon Crispy Noodles. This thing has never been seen before in junior high school, and it seems to have become popular in all the schools in our small county overnight. When I arrive at school every morning, I will habitually run to the canteen next to the teaching building and buy a pack of raccoon crispy noodles. After taking out the seasoning, I hold the opening tightly with one hand and crush the dry noodles hard with the other hand, then pour in the seasoning and shake it up and down. Move it around so that the dry noodles and seasonings are perfectly blended. When you are done, you can't wait to release your hands that are holding the opening. Waves of fragrance will float out of the bag. Point the mouth of the bag towards your mouth. When you raise your head, your mouth will be filled with fragrance, and there will be a clicking sound in your mouth. I remember that this little raccoon crispy noodles came in many flavors, such as barbecue flavor, tomato flavor, crab flavor, curry flavor... In short, I tasted every flavor back then. My favorite was the curry flavor. It was this little raccoon crispy noodles that made me come into contact with curry for the first time and fell in love with curry. This little raccoon noodles is a wonderful memory for me. Maybe you who were also born in the 1980s will have the same memories. At that time, it was not only for eating, but also for collecting the free gifts, stickers, cards, etc. But when I entered high school, I never saw the little raccoon noodles again. Just like it suddenly became popular back then, it suddenly disappeared from our sight. However, the honest and cute little raccoon on the package of Little Raccoon Bread has always been remembered in my mind. Little Raccoon Crispy Noodles are no longer available, but curry has become my favorite. In my many years of eating out, I have eaten more of various curry dishes. There was a time when I even wished to be sent to India or Thailand, just to eat delicious curry. Although I like it, I have never made curry by myself. This curry is a good partner for rice. When eating out, it is just a bowl of rice. I will not add more after eating. But if I eat it at home, I cannot control the amount of rice. I have a system that can gain weight even if I drink water. I still have to control it, so I have been enduring it. Today's [Curry Chicken Wings] was actually not made on purpose. It was completely unintentional and I bought the wrong condiments. I originally went to buy black pepper sauce, but what I bought back was curry sauce (I can't help it, I'm always a little confused). I bought everything and couldn't stop making it. I happened to have some coconut milk left for dessert at home, so I made the simplest [Curry Chicken Wings]. Needless to say, I ate too much again, and I couldn't hold it anymore after eating. It took me a long walk in the yard to feel better. If you like curry, don’t miss it. It tastes really good, but when eating, be sure to pay attention to the amount. Don’t eat too much like me.
