Braised pork ribs with mushrooms, carrots and potatoes

This is a nutritious and delicious stew that is often made for children. Add a piece of lemon to the fresh pork ribs you bought, soak them for 20 minutes, rinse and set aside (if you are rich, you can keep the faucet on and rinse the ribs for 10 minutes)

Place the mushrooms in a deep bowl in advance to soak

Rinse the spareribs, add soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir evenly

Add the mixed pork ribs to shredded ginger and green onions, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for half an hour.

Lay the ribs flat in the casserole, add the soaked mushrooms, and add enough water to cover the ribs. Select the stew function of the electric casserole and adjust the time to 40 minutes
