Air fryer version of potato balls
Overview
Continue to develop air fryers. I had this idea a few days ago. I don’t remember how I came up with the idea of fried potato balls, but I do remember having an impression of it somewhere. Sure enough, I found it in Teacher Meng’s afternoon tea. After careful consideration, I decided to remove the shredded coconut that may not be pleasing to the eye - although I have been thinking about how to use it. Change the oil pan to an air fryer. Maybe the moisture content of the mashed potatoes is relatively high, and the final balls are soft. . . .
