Chayote Rice Cake Soup
Overview
The sweetness of the chayote and the softness and elasticity of the rice cake are both delicious for breakfast or as a staple food. I had a hot bowl of rice cake soup for breakfast, which was very warm.

Prepare all ingredients

Slice the lean meat and marinate it with soy sauce, cornstarch and oil for a few minutes. Peel and slice the chayote, slice the carrots, and slice the garlic

Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic slices until fragrant

Add chayote and carrots and fry for a while

Add a bowl of boiling water and bring to a boil

Then cook the rice cakes until soft
