Fried baby tofu
Overview
Baby tofu is a delicacy that I remember from my childhood. It is one of the soybean products. It is of delicate quality. Simply fry it with Lao Gan Ma and Oyster Mushrooms. It is nutritious and delicious.

Buy a stick of this baby tofu in the supermarket. Rinse with warm water.

Cut into thicker slices. Don't cut this too thin.

Wash the oyster mushrooms.

Cook and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, and Laoganma flavored black bean sauce.

Stir-fry over medium heat. Fry out the red oil.

Turn up the heat and add the baby tofu and stir evenly.

Add cooked oyster mushrooms.

Add soy sauce and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly.
