Steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli
Overview
Steamed scallops and seafood with garlic vermicelli are simple to make, but the taste is very good. The aroma of garlic, green onions and scallops, especially the vermicelli absorbs the aroma above, making it extremely delicious and mouth-watering! It is a very popular dish in our family. I only remember the first time I ate it when my husband and I were still in a relationship. It was when I traveled to Qingdao for the first time that I learned about a seafood called scallops! Transportation was underdeveloped at that time, so it was difficult to see seafood in our local area! It’s rare to find it in restaurants, let alone making seafood at home! You can only try it by going to the beach! Once you taste it, you will remember it! But I can only miss it when I get home! A few years later, it could be seen on the menus of local restaurants! We only go to restaurants and order a seafood dish during family dinners during holidays - steamed scallops with garlic vermicelli! Until 2 years ago, we opened a seafood market here. Fresh seafood is shipped from all over the country and even the world every day. There is also a delicious dish on my family’s dining table! I bought scallops at home over the weekend, and today I used the original steam steamer in the original stove, which is very worry-free! Still delicious!
