Overview
My daughter likes to eat the braised pork rice from Longjiang Pork Knuckle Shop. The braised pork looks black, but it is very rotten. I even bought the braised pork specially for her. Then I thought, why not make it myself? The ingredients are more authentic. In my hometown, my mother-in-law also makes braised pork, and my daughter also likes to eat it. I specially prepared the ingredients and asked my mother-in-law to give guidance and made some braised pork belly. Pretty good.
