Overview
It is rare to buy saury in the market in Qingdao. This may have something to do with the local people's ignorance of saury. I have eaten saury several times, always in hotels, and never bought it in the vegetable market. It has been a long time since I went to the supermarket. There were not many people in the supermarket on Fridays, so I went as soon as I had time to buy my wheat germ. What a coincidence, there is saury in the supermarket, and the price is not expensive, less than 15 yuan per kilogram. There are only six fish in total, and I put them back for practice.
