Tomato Beef Stew
Overview
On a cold day, it’s best to have some soup. The beef stew with tomatoes I made does not require oil, it just takes a little longer, but it tastes great.

Steps
-
Add beef and ginger slices to a pot of cold water and cook until tender. Skim off the foam in the middle.
-
Put the beef cooked with ginger into the casserole, add ginger, garlic, and sliced tomatoes.
-
Heat water to cover tomatoes and cover. If there are hawthorns, put two of them so that the meat will rot easily. After the fire has boiled for twenty minutes, reduce the heat to a simmer. Lasts approximately two hours. Look at how rotten the beef is. Try to wait more than an hour before opening the lid and tasting it.

Add salt before serving, put it in a soup pot while it is still hot, and add coriander. Eating meat and drinking soup made my body warm.
