Haha, I am only interested in restoring bamboo shoots. The bamboo shoots here in Guangzhou are not very tasty. This is great, I made a bamboo shoot banquet in the evening, haha. Bamboo shoot soup, roasted pork with bamboo shoots, stir-fried pork with bamboo shoots. I will upload them one by one later. Su Dongpo said: No bamboo makes people vulgar, and no meat makes people thin. Blanch the pork belly.

Cut the pork belly into cubes and cut a few slices of ginger.

Boil water in a casserole and add pork belly and ginger slices. Reduce heat to low and simmer for half an hour.

After half an hour, open the lid and add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, and a little dark soy sauce.

After simmering for 20 minutes, add the reduced bamboo shoot slices.

Cook for another 10 minutes to reduce the juice.
