Sweet potatoes, peel the potatoes and wash them

Use a diagonal knife to cut into thin slices. When cutting, put chopsticks twice to prevent cutting through (as shown in the picture)

After cutting with the oblique knife, put the bottom on top and cut with the straight knife. Is it connected?

Pour starch into the plate, put the cut potato tarts into the starch, and then scoop off the excess starch after all is coated with starch

Choose potatoes that are as long as possible and cut them into two portions from the middle. They should not be too big to be cooked well! (As shown in the picture)

Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add the potato tower, use chopsticks to pinch both ends, and pull it open as far as possible!

When fried until golden brown, take it out and sprinkle your favorite condiments on top!
