Prepare ingredients, (there are no carrots and coriander at home)

Dice the soaked dried shiitake mushrooms (you can use fresh shiitake mushrooms instead), carrots, and ham sausage, and cut the tofu into small grids with a knife

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add diced mushrooms, carrots, appropriate amount of salt, and cook for two minutes

Pour the tofu from the box into the pot and mash it with a spatula if there are large pieces. Cook for 2 minutes

Mix the baking powder and water, pour it into the pot and stir, add chicken essence, and turn down the heat

Break the eggs into the pot and turn off the heat

Add sesame oil, green onions, coriander, and take out the pan
