Braised pig heart
Overview
During festivals, braised pig heart is one of the indispensable dishes on my family's dining table. The pig heart, after being stewed in brine, removes the smell of organs and replaces it with the aroma of meat. This braised pig heart is simple to make and delicious. You can also try it and make healthy marinated cooked food at home.

Cut the purchased pig heart open in the middle and clean the blood clots inside;

Soak the pig heart in cold water for 2 hours;

Pour cold water into the wok, add the soaked pig heart, blanch it and take it out;

Put the blanched pig heart into the electric pressure cooker, pour 80 ml of brine juice, and then add 80 ml of warm water;

Add 3 slices of ginger, cover the pressure cooker tightly, and simmer for 30 minutes. After the simmering time is completed, soak in the pot for more than 2 hours;

The soaked pig heart is more flavorful and sliced with a diagonal knife;

Serve on a plate and can be used directly or with dipping sauce (dipping sauce: mixed with light soy sauce + mature vinegar + chili oil).
