Corn oil cookies
Overview
I looked up recipes for making cookies online and found that they mostly use butter, so a vegetarian like me has never taken action even if I wanted to eat these cookies. Today I accidentally saw a recipe on the Internet that can make cookies without butter and using vegetable oil, so I immediately checked it out and followed it immediately. Because it was my first time to make it and I had no experience, and I didn’t know if the dryness and humidity of the dough were suitable, so the finished product did not turn out as well as expected, and the pattern was not very obvious. I don’t know why.
