Prepare an appropriate amount of tea, you can use black tea or Pu'er.

35g white jelly.

Add 800ml of water to the tea leaves and boil until color emerges.

Remove the tea leaves, add white jelly and white sugar and boil again.

Pour into a container and let cool.

Make milk tea, then stir-fry new tea leaves and white sugar until the sugar melts and turns light brown. Pour in pure milk and cook for 3 minutes. I forgot to take a photo.

Cut the solidified tea jelly into pieces and put them into cups.
