Chop carrots, mushrooms and green onions.

Prepare the pork filling.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat it up, break in the eggs and stir-fry them with a spatula to form egg pellets.

Add the radish and mushroom meat filling and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry without adding other ingredients.

Finally add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until the filling is cooked and turn off the heat.

Take a piece of bean skin and lay it flat, then put a piece of roasted seaweed on it.

Add filling.

Use your hands to roll up the bean skin toward one end to form a long column. Complete the other portion in the same manner. 2 servings in total.

Use a knife to cut the roll diagonally into equal parts and serve on a plate.
