Refreshing papaya strips
Overview
Summer is coming and I don’t have the appetite to eat anything. Make a refreshing dish called papaya sticks. It is especially suitable for eating in the summer to increase appetite and help everyone get rid of the trouble of not having an appetite in the summer

One tender papaya (in fact, half can be cut into a large portion)

PS: Remember to ask for uncooked papaya

Peel and seed the tender papaya, wash, cut into thin strips, marinate with salt for 10 minutes to remove astringency and set aside

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, chili, garlic, minced sesame oil and other seasonings and mix well
