I used this kind of thin round noodles for noodles. Round noodles are more suitable for making fried noodles. A thicker size would be better.

Boil water and stir-fry ingredients at the same time. Arrange the time so that after the noodles are cooked, just scoop them into the wok and stir-fry. This is better. When cooking the noodles, put a little more water in the pot. The noodles can be taken out of the pot when they are almost cooked. Because they still need to be fried, they will not taste good if they are overcooked.
