Soybean Braised Beef
Overview
I often use a soymilk machine to make soy milk, so soybeans are always available at home. In addition, during the Chinese New Year, my relatives knew that we often made soy milk and gave them a big bag. I thought that the weather was too warm and beans would be prone to insects, and I was worried that the digestion of soy milk would be too slow. I happened to buy it at the supermarket that day. A large piece of beef tenderloin is pretty good, so I was planning to add some soybeans to the beef stew and use an electric pressure cooker to braise it together. Not only is it quick and easy, but it is also easy to chew and delicious. The truth is as we expected, as we saw our son eating one piece on the left and one on the right~~~
