Red date and raisin steamed cake

I bought a bag of grapes before the Chinese New Year. I rarely feed them directly to my children, so I made this steamed cake for her. It was very good!

Crack the eggs into a container, add sugar, baking powder, and yeast.

Mix well.

Add flour and appropriate amount of water to make a thicker batter, then ferment for about half an hour.

While fermenting, clean the red dates and cut off the meat with a knife.

After half an hour, stir the batter again for a few times, pour it into the live-bottom cake mold, and place the red date meat and dried raisins (the cake mold must be greased with an appropriate amount of oil in advance).

After the water boils, steam it for about 40 minutes.
