Fill the steamer with water and put a dry cloth on the grates

After the water boils, cut the noodles into small pieces, spread them out and put them into the steamer

After 15 minutes, turn the noodles over from top to bottom and shake them out, continue steaming for 10 minutes

While the noodles are steaming, prepare the dishes. Slice the pork belly and marinate with cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, star anise, shredded ginger and cooking oil

Cut the dragon beans into small pieces and cut the tomatoes into cubes

Put oil in the wok, heat it to 50%, add the meat slices and stir-fry

After the meat is cooked, add vegetables, salt and dark soy sauce, stir-fry for a while, then heat the water, turn off the heat after the water boils (you don’t need to fry this, you have to steam it in the next step)

Pour out some vegetable soup and set aside

Put the twice-steamed noodles into the wok, first mix some of the noodles with the vegetable soup

Mix the noodles evenly and put them into the steamer

Add one layer of noodles and one layer of vegetables. If the vegetable soup in the wok is not enough, pour in the reserved vegetable soup until all the noodles are mixed. Continue steaming over high heat for 20 minutes

Just mix well when serving
