Egg pancake - nutritious breakfast crispy egg pancake (reuploaded)
Overview
I don’t know why the photo of the egg pancake process I uploaded is not displayed! I don’t know if it’s because of my computer or it didn’t upload properly, but I don’t know how to change it, so I had to upload it again. If it will be deleted, please comment and tell me how to do it. I will delete the original one that was not uploaded! Thank you~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash and chop the shallots into fine pieces and set aside
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar and pepper and mix well
-
Add two tablespoons of sifted flour and a little water and continue stirring until there is a grain-free egg batter (just don’t add too much water)
-
Then sift it to make the egg batter more delicate
-
Then add the chopped green onions and mix well
-
Apply a little oil to a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, not too much, and heat over low heat
-
Pour in the batter and quickly rotate the pan to spread the batter into a round shape
-
Fry over low heat until the batter is set and shakes, then turn over and fry for another 10 seconds (if you like it a little browner, you can fry for a little longer)
-
Place on a plate and continue repeating the above steps until the egg batter is fried. You need to add a little more base oil every time you fry, otherwise the egg batter will not come off the bottom of the pan easily
-
Finally, sprinkle a little black sesame seeds and you’re done~ Pair it with a bottle of yogurt, which is nutritious and hearty! It might taste better with tomato sauce~

Here’s a close-up photo after the cut! Wow haha~
