Scrambled eggs with loofah
Overview
Luffa has the effects of cooling, diuresis, blood circulation, stimulating menstruation and detoxification, so it is very suitable for consumption in summer. When it comes to cooking, I am in the first grade of elementary school, so I can only cook a few home-cooked dishes. Usually my husband cooks most of the dishes, and I do it. I can handle vegetarian dishes, but I'm confused about fish and meat. It's totally impossible! I also understand the principles and steps, but when it comes to actual operation, it’s really unpalatable! I want to practice cooking if I have the chance!
