The staple food for light meals is my stir-fried lily and black fungus. I love light food, so I chose lily and black fungus. Stir-fried it goes very well with rice, and I feel it is healthy too. Send it to your friends if you like it and you can refer to it.

Have all materials ready.

Soak the fungus and lily and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices until fragrant.

Put the black fungus into the pot and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of fine salt to taste.

Then add the lily to the pot and stir-fry until the lily becomes fragrant.

Then add shredded carrots and green onions to the pot, and add a little soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
