Garlic Coke Braised Chicken Wings

After watching Korean dramas, I felt that garlic chicken wings were good, so I made them myself. I have enough food and clothing, healthy and delicious!

Soak the chicken wings in the bleeding water for about four to five minutes.

Cut the chicken wings in half for more flavor!

Heat a pot of hot water, add 2 pieces of ginger and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine.

After the water boils, remove and wash the Xuemomo.

Prepare the ingredients, stir-fry ginger, garlic and chop into small pieces. Cut the carrots into small pieces and set aside!

Heat the pot and sauté the ginger and garlic in peanut oil until fragrant.

Add soybean paste and oyster sauce to chicken wings.

Stir fry and add the Croton chicken wings.

After boiling, add the carrots and simmer over high heat, stir-fry until the juice is reduced.
