【Guangdong】Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings
Overview
Continuing to use the rice cooker for smokeless cooking, the oyster sauce chicken wings I made today are super simple. Anyone with zero cooking skills can make amazing and delicious food. The combination of this rice cooker version of oyster sauce chicken wings and white rice is so perfect, I ate two bowls, haha.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare chicken wings, ginger, garlic, green onions, rock sugar and other ingredients.
-
Wash the chicken wings and cut them twice on both sides to enhance the flavor while marinating.
-
Slice the ginger, cut the onion into sections, slice the garlic, crush the rock sugar and set aside.
-
Add oyster sauce, salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to the chicken wings and mix well.
-
Marinate for half an hour.
-
Put appropriate amount of cooking oil into the rice cooker.
-
Pour the marinated chicken wings into the rice cooker and add ginger slices, garlic slices, green onions and rock sugar.
-
Continue to add half a bowl of water until the water is halfway up the chicken wings. I used a little more water this time, so the cooking time was longer, and the chicken wings were cooked very easily and fell off the bones. But it's still delicious.
-
Use a rice cooking function to cook chicken wings.
-
After the cooking function is completed, the chicken wings are ready. Plate and enjoy!
