Stewed Pork Belly with Kidney Beans and Potatoes
Overview
Preparation method: 1) Pick and wash the kidney beans and potatoes and put them in a container for later use. 2) Break the kidney beans into suitable size segments; cut the potatoes into suitable size pieces. 3) Cut the pork belly into slices (don’t cut it too thin). 4) Cut the green onion into flowers; cut the ginger into rice; mince the garlic into puree. 5) Put base oil in the pot. When the oil is hot, add the meat slices and stir-fry; when the meat changes color, add soy sauce and cooking wine and cook; then add the onion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until the aroma comes out. 6) Add the chopped kidney beans and potato cubes, and stir-fry with a spatula. 7) When the raw materials change color and become soft, add an appropriate amount of water (add stock if possible); after the soup is boiled over high heat, simmer over low heat. 8) Simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes; when the soup thickens, it is ready to serve. 9) Sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander segments (unfortunately, there is no coriander)
