Creamy black sesame steamed buns
Overview
The weather is getting warmer. In order to use up the black sesame seeds and milk powder at home, I made this steamed bun that is comparable to bread. In the name of the people, I ate it in vain and tore it apart with my hands. I really couldn't stop... The aroma of sesame and milk mixed with the faint sweetness will make your mouth curl up again. Otherwise, you can try it too!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Use a blender to break the shells of black sesame seeds;
-
As the weather gets hotter, I pour room temperature water into the bread machine bucket, add yeast and let it sit for a few minutes;
-
Add flour, baking powder, milk powder, black sesame powder and white sugar;
-
Start the kneading program of the bread machine for about 20 minutes, and knead the dough until it is smooth;
-
Cover with a wet towel and ferment until doubled in size;
-
Start the kneading program of the bread machine again for about 5 minutes;
-
Take out the dough into 15 equal portions, each portion is about 80 grams, and roll them into balls;
-
Add enough cold water to the steamer, add the kneaded steamed bun dough, cover the pot and let it rise for the second time for 20 minutes. Take out the dough and divide it into 15 equal portions, about 80 grams each, and roll them into balls;
-
The second proofing state is fat and soft, obviously slightly larger in size, and the dough rebounds slightly when pressed lightly with your fingers;
-
Turn on the cold water and wait for 20 to 25 minutes after the steam comes out (the house is filled with the aroma of sesame seeds...);
-
Remove from the pan, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes;
