Soak the glutinous rice overnight and clean it.

Chop the chicken into pieces, add cornstarch and mix well.

Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and stir-fry until it changes color, scoop it up and place it on a plate.

Add minced ginger and green onion, soy sauce, oil, soybean paste, sugar and pepper and mix well.

Then pour in the washed glutinous rice and mix well.

Pour into lotus leaves and wrap well.

Boil water in a pot, add lotus leaves and steam for 40 minutes.
