Remove the heads from the green peppers, wash and cut into shreds.

Add green pepper shreds to the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the green pepper becomes soft.

Chili millet cut into shreds.

After the beef is cut into shreds, add a piece of diced millet.

Add salt and thirteen spices and mix well, then add sweet potato starch and mix well.

Let the sweet potato flour coat the beef to make it tender.

After the oil is hot, add shredded beef and stir-fry.

After it is smooth and stir-fried, add the millet and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the stir-fried green pepper shreds.
