Chinese cabbage, crab and mushrooms
Overview
I bought fresh cabbage, and specially left the tender core for frying crab-flavored mushrooms. It is light and fragrant, and it is another delicious, bowel-cleansing, nutritious and weight-loss meal with less oil!

Wash the tender core parts of the bok choy.

Wash the tender core parts of the bok choy.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add dry red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add bok choy and stir-fry.

When the bok choy is soft, add the crab mushrooms.

Continue to stir-fry until the vegetables are soft, add salt and chicken essence to taste and serve.
