Gently crack the salted duck eggs on the top, slowly peel them open, pour out the egg whites, and leave the yolks.

Cut the edges neatly with scissors.

Soak the glutinous rice for three hours, remove and drain, set aside carrots, peas, and corn.

Steam it in a pot (you don’t need to steam it for so long in the later stage of steaming, so it’s easier to cook)

After all the ingredients are steamed, add soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, and sesame oil, and mix well.

Slowly fill the can up to ninety percent full.

When done, start steaming.
