  1. Pour the whole eggs, egg yolks, almond flour, and caster sugar A into the egg bowl.

  2. Beat thoroughly until the volume becomes larger and the color becomes white and thick paste. Use a spatula to stir the batter from the bottom and edges of the bowl and continue beating.

  3. Sift low flour and high flour into the beaten batter.

  5. Beat the egg whites with caster sugar B until dry.

  6. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg batter and mix evenly.

  7. Pour into the remaining egg whites and mix evenly.

  8. Melt the butter beforehand. Take some egg batter and mix it roughly into the butter, then pour it into the remaining egg batter and mix evenly.

  9. Pour into oiled and floured small molds.
