Ingredients: Snow peas, ginkgo, bell pepper, garlic.

Wash the snow peas, remove both ends and tendons, and cut into large pieces diagonally. Cut the bell pepper into diamond-shaped pieces and mince the garlic.

Blanch the ginkgo fruits in boiling water and set aside.
