-
Wash the scallop meat after thawing and remove the black parts, so that it tastes better.
-
Soak the vermicelli in cold water until soft. Be sure to use cold water to brew it. If it is hot or warm water, the vermicelli will be swollen and will not be able to absorb more soup during steaming and will not be able to taste.
-
Pour the base oil into the pan, add half of the minced garlic and stir-fry until it turns yellow.
-
Add another spoonful of chopped pepper and continue to stir-fry until the minced garlic turns golden brown.
-
Mix light soy sauce and water 1:1, pour into the pot for stir-frying chopped peppers, turn off the heat after boiling.
-
Mix the stir-fried garlic chili sauce with the other half of the garlic.
-
After the vermicelli is soaked, spread it on the bottom of the plate, and the scallop meat is evenly placed on top of the vermicelli.
-
Pour the prepared garlic chili sauce evenly on the scallops with a spoon. Bring the steamer to a boil, put the scallops into the pot, and steam over high heat for 8 minutes.
