Shrimp rice roll
Overview
Rice rolls are our family's favorite breakfast. The rice rolls we usually use are prepared specially for rice rolls. This time I tried mixing my own rice rolls and it was pretty good.

Let’s cook the sauce first. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the minced garlic, then add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, water, and finally add some chicken essence and bring to a boil.

Cut the shrimp into small pieces, add ginger, cooking wine, salt and pepper, mix well and marinate for a few minutes. Beat the eggs in a bowl and chop the green onions.

Mix the flour ingredients and let it sit for a few minutes.

Brush the flatbed with oil.

Bring half a pot of water to a boil, place the flat plate on the steam rack, scoop out a large spoonful of flour slurry water, and turn the pot so that the flour slurry covers the bottom of the plate.

Add two tablespoons of egg liquid, add shrimp and chopped green onion, cover the pot for about two minutes.

When large bubbles appear and the surface swells, it means it is done.

Roll up gently with a spatula.

Pour on the sauce and you'll have delicious shrimp and meat rice rolls.
