Spicy Rice Cake
Overview
A quick lazy meal - spicy fried rice cake. I put whatever materials I have at home. You can put some fresh shredded pork, shredded vegetables, shredded fungus, etc. If you don't like spicy food, you can leave it out and it will taste better. Don't fry the rice cake too much, as eating too much will make you tired.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring to boil.
-
Boil the rice cake until it floats, scoop out the rice cake and soak it in cold water. (Prevent rice cakes from sticking together)
-
Shred the leftover meat, shred one poached pepper, mince one garlic, and cut three small red peppers.
-
Put appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it up.
-
Add shredded pork, shredded chili pepper, minced garlic, and small red pepper and stir-fry for a while.
-
Pour the filtered rice cake water into the pot and stir-fry.
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt, a little light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, an appropriate amount of water, and stir-fry until the water dries up. (Be careful not to add too much salt, the light soy sauce also has a salty taste)
-
Serve on a plate and eat. (I had enough for one person at noon, so I was very full.)
